What are Your Reasons for Upgrading as Teacher or Professional

 Hi, I want to share with you about upgrading, so whether you are a Student, Teacher, Nurse, Doctor, Engineer, Lawyer, a Seaman or whatever career or profession you have, this is for you. We are surrounded with different challenge, needs, and sometimes wants, we have goals and ambitions since we're kids, but the frequent change and challenges we approach push and motivate us to upgrade, nobody wants to be overtaken or replace by younger generation, we want to prove something to ourselves and others that we are much better or we can do it.

A lot of employed and unemployed professionals are upgrading because they are aiming to be promoted, but the truth is, there are those who are upgrading who will not be promoted, that sometimes upgrading will be useless, if you're only upgrading for promotion. There must be reason for upgrading, not only for promotion, I have experience same process when I am at my early 30's, after finishing my Masters degree I immediately proceed to Doctor of Education, aiming to become principal or to occupy higher positions, but I was not sensitive to the opportunity that arrives while I am finishing my Doctorate, I take the NEAP course but missed the application for Principal's Test while five years teacher 1 is still allowed to take the exam, then not able to conduct my final depends in my doctorate because one member of the panel had question the validity of my questionnaire, then majority agreed that I should repeat gathering data using standardized tool, I tried it, but when I sense that they are making money, I stop it, but continue learning my own way. I bought a lot of books for sales and personal development, I started farming, I started and continue making videos for my YouTube channel and write articles for my website. So hard to accept that I did not finished my doctorate, but later when I see that a new way is starting in front of me, my excitement and energy goes back to life. I later learn that if I passed the examination for Principal and become a Doctor of Education, they will have my time and don't have this privilege that I have right now.

So what is your reason for upgrading?, are you aspiring a higher position giving them your time, or you are upgrading to start managing your own self and begin to have your business or company. Serving people no matter how high is your position and salary will not make you free, because you will follow their time not your own time. Starting a company is so hard, but once you begin to climb going up, you will start breathing fresher air, feeling the real comfort of life, and reaping the real fruit of success.

In the picture, while my companion from Mexico is discussing and I am waiting for my turn, I was meditating, enjoying the privilege of travelling free, and being invited to speak in front of EU VIP's representing Philippine farmers. There are a lot of ways to be taken, start looking and learn using them.
